Glow by Kenna

Glow by Kenna requires a credit card to hold all appointments booked online. 

Your credit card information is securely stored with Square and is ONLY charged in the event of a late cancel or no show appointment. Please bring your preferred form of payment to your appointment, as we do not process payment through our booking system unless required by violation of this policy. 

Why do we do this? We do this because spray tanning requires preparation prior to the service, any cancellation less then 24 hours prior to the service drastically impairs our ability to re-book your time slot. Most of our appointments are booked anywhere from 3-30 days in advance and when you book, your time is held just for you.

Spray tanning is not our hobby or side gig..is it our full-time profession and our livelihood.  Therefore we sadly will not make exceptions to this policy. If your schedule regularly changes or effects your ability to keep appointments, please don't hesitate to contact us within a day or two (or even day of) your preferred day to see if we can get you in. If we have a spot...we will happily get you in there! 

The Policy: Any cancellation less then 24 hours in advance of appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. No call, no shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
